Xtep International Holdings Limited has announced the resignation of Mr. Yeung Lo Bun as the company secretary and authorised representatives, effective from 28 June 2024, to focus on his role as CFO. Mr. Cheung Yan Kiu will succeed him, bringing extensive experience in finance, having served as the finance controller and previously working in an international accounting firm. The company expressed appreciation for Mr. Yeung’s contributions and welcomed Mr. Cheung to his new role.
