XtalPi Holdings Limited has completed the issuance of HK$2.866 billion zero-coupon convertible bonds due 2027, following satisfaction of all conditions under its subscription agreement, with listing and trading of the bonds on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange expected to become effective on 29 January 2026 alongside approved listing of the associated conversion shares. The company plans to allocate about half of the net proceeds, or HK$1.4183 billion, to enhance its domestic and international R&D and one-stop solution capabilities, including upgrading its quantum physics-based integrated technology platform, further investing in generative AI and large chemistry models, expanding its biotechnology, pharmaceutical and materials science solution development, recruiting specialized talent, purchasing R&D instruments, developing new AI-driven drug discovery models, and investing in or acquiring AI-driven pharma and AI-assisted science startups and related venture funds to strengthen its ecosystem and upstream-downstream industrial chain through to the end of 2035.
