XRF Scientific Ltd. has taken full ownership of Orbis Mining Pty Ltd by exercising a Call Option to acquire the remaining 50% stake for $3.91 million, based on Orbis’s strong financial growth and integration into XRF’s operations. The acquisition enhances XRF’s product line with Orbis’s laboratory jaw crushers, widely used in the mining industry, and further diversifies XRF’s revenue sources, particularly into the gold mining sector.
