XRF Scientific Limited has completed the acquisition of the remaining 50% of Orbis Mining Pty Ltd, with a total consideration of $3.91 million, split evenly between cash from XRF’s reserves and newly issued shares. Orbis, known for its innovative laboratory jaw crushers used in the mining sector, has a solid financial performance with unaudited revenue of $5.8 million and a pre-tax profit of $1.7 million for the fiscal year 2024.
