Frederick Sheppard Grimwade, a director at XRF Scientific Limited, has increased his indirect holdings in the company through his personal superannuation fund by acquiring 14,353 ordinary shares. The shares, valued at $20,955, were obtained as part of the company’s dividend reinvestment plan, bringing his total ownership to 551,705 shares. No changes in director’s interests in contracts were reported, and the transactions did not occur during a closed period.
