XRF Scientific Director Adjusts Share Holdings

XRF Scientific Limited (AU:XRF) has released an update.

In a recent notice to the ASX, XRF Scientific Limited disclosed a change in Director David Brown’s interests, reporting an off-market transfer of 139,000 ordinary shares. The transaction, valued at $170,970, altered Brown’s direct and indirect holdings in the company, which now total 5,881,837 and 3,310,363 shares respectively. No changes were reported in director’s interests in contracts, and the trades were not conducted during a closed period.
