Xref Limited has announced that its Scheme Booklet, related to the proposed acquisition by SEEK International Investments Pty Ltd, has been registered with the ASIC. The Independent Expert’s Report within the booklet deems the scheme fair and in shareholders’ best interest, prompting Xref’s directors to unanimously recommend it. Shareholders are encouraged to review the booklet thoroughly ahead of the scheduled meeting on February 3, 2025.
