Xref Limited Poised for Potential Acquisition by SEEK

Xref Ltd (AU:XF1) has released an update.

Xref Limited has entered into an Exclusivity Deed with Seek Limited, following an indicative offer from SEEK to acquire Xref shares for $0.218 each. The Xref Board is inclined to recommend this offer to shareholders, subject to a binding proposal and successful due diligence by SEEK. The deal, which is not yet finalized, has entered a four-week exclusive due diligence period under the Exclusivity Deed.
