XReality Director’s Stock Holdings Increase

XReality Group Ltd (AU:XRG) has released an update.

XReality Group Ltd has reported a change in the holdings of director Philip Raeburn Copeland, with a direct acquisition of 1,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares at a value of $38,647.89. Following the transaction dated 20 September 2024, Copeland’s total interest in the company includes over 8.6 million ordinary shares and approximately 1.4 million options. The change was conducted via an on-market purchase and all requisite notifications have been made to the ASX in compliance with listing rules.
