xReality Director Bolsters Shareholding

XReality Group Ltd (AU:XRG) has released an update.

John Diddams, a director at xReality Group Limited, has recently increased his indirect shareholdings by 3,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares, resulting from the exercise of service rights. The transaction involved no disposal of shares and the consideration was non-cash. Following the change, Diddams indirectly holds a total of 9,400,000 shares in the company.
