The latest update is out from XPS Pensions Group Plc ( (GB:XPS) ).

XPS Pensions Group reported another year of record results for the year to 31 March 2026, with total revenue up 13% and organic growth of 7%, extending a five-year track record that has seen aggregate revenues more than double. The board said strong revenue growth, disciplined cost control and operating efficiencies support confidence that full-year results will meet expectations.

Adjusted for the prior-year McCloud remedy project, group revenues rose 18% with 12% organic growth, driven by robust performances across all service lines and new client and project wins in risk transfer, insurance consulting and administration. Core Advisory, including the growing Insurance Consulting arm, increased 20% to 57% of group revenue, administration grew 5% despite tough comparatives, SIP posted its fourth straight year of double-digit growth, and revenues from insurers tripled to 10% of group turnover, aided by the Polaris acquisition and regulatory-driven demand around surplus management and other pension reforms.

Co-CEO Paul Cuff highlighted that the acquisition of Polaris is increasingly contributing to group performance and broadening demand across the business. He said structural shifts in the pensions industry, including ongoing regulatory change and the move toward surplus management, are creating opportunities for improved outcomes for members and sponsors, reinforcing XPS’s positioning at the forefront of this transformation.
