XPS Pensions Group Plc’s recent Annual General Meeting saw all resolutions passed, with ordinary resolutions 1 to 19 and special resolutions 20 to 23 receiving the required majority votes. Following the AGM, Margaret Snowdon stepped down as Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee, with Imogen Joss appointed to these roles.
