XPS Pensions Group PLC has announced the granting of nominal-cost options under the company’s Performance Share Plan to three of its top executives, which are set to vest in three years on July 1, 2027. The options, tied to the company’s Ordinary Shares, have been calculated based on the share price as of June 28, 2024, at £2.99 each. The beneficiaries of this grant include Patrick McCoy, David Watkins, and Ben Gold, who hold key managerial roles within the company.
