Xplore Resources Secures Ontario Mineral Claims

Xplore Resources Corp. has finalized an agreement to acquire 100% of certain mineral claims in Ontario, Canada from Lithium One Metals Inc. and other parties, with rights subject to a 2% net smelter returns royalty. The company has paid $200,000 for the assignment and will issue additional shares and cash payments to complete the option exercise. This strategic move bolsters Xplore’s asset portfolio in the Root Bay lithium district, aligning with its focus on lithium exploration in North America.
