Xplora Technologies AS ( (DE:86P) ) has provided an announcement.
Xplora Technologies has canceled a planned subsequent share offering that was to follow its NOK 150 million private placement completed at NOK 52 per share. The company had considered issuing up to 576,923 new shares at the same price, but this was contingent on post-placement trading conditions.
Following the placement, trading volume on Euronext Growth Oslo exceeded the size of the contemplated offering, with shares changing hands at or below the subscription price. The board concluded that existing shareholders had ample opportunity to offset dilution by buying shares in the market, and therefore decided against proceeding with the additional share issue.
