Xperi Inc (XPER) just unveiled an update.
Xperi Inc. and its subsidiary, Perceive Corporation, have entered into a deal with Amazon.com Services LLC, where Amazon will acquire most of Perceive’s assets and some liabilities for $80 million. This move includes agreements on standard business practices and post-sale restrictions, with the completion of the sale hinging on regulatory approvals and adherence to the terms set forth.
