XP Factory PLC has introduced a Long Service award scheme, granting employees with five years of service a free share award equivalent to a week’s salary, capped at £1,800. The first batch of Long Service Shares was distributed on June 18, 2024, with 35,409 shares allocated to certain Directors and PDMRs at no cost. This initiative is part of the company’s existing Share Incentive Plan and aims to reward employee loyalty and tenure.
