XP Factory PLC ( (GB:XPF) ) just unveiled an update.

XP Factory plc, a London AIM-listed operator in the experiential leisure sector, runs the Escape Hunt and Boom Battle Bar brands across owned and franchised sites in the UK and internationally, supplemented by digitally delivered games. The company targets both consumer and corporate groups seeking premium escape-room and competitive socialising experiences, and aims to grow its network and content portfolio in the UK and abroad.

The company has issued 500,000 new ordinary shares, representing about 0.28% of its existing share capital, to the trustee of its HMRC-approved Share Incentive Plan to meet expected demand for matching and long-service share awards over the next 18 months. Following admission of these shares to trading on AIM, scheduled for 7 April 2026, XP Factory’s issued share capital will rise to 175,657,600 ordinary shares with voting rights, marginally diluting existing shareholders while reinforcing its employee ownership and retention incentives.

The most recent analyst rating on (GB:XPF) stock is a Hold with a £12.50 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on XP Factory PLC stock, see the GB:XPF Stock Forecast page.

Spark’s Take on XPF Stock

According to Spark, TipRanks’ AI Analyst, XPF is a Neutral.

XP Factory PLC’s overall stock score is primarily impacted by its financial instability, characterized by high leverage and cash flow challenges. Technical analysis further indicates bearish momentum, while valuation metrics highlight the company’s lack of profitability. The positive corporate events related to employee engagement do not significantly offset these concerns.
