XP Factory plc has disclosed new share purchases and awards to senior executives under its tax-advantaged Share Incentive Plan, following the acquisition of 4,851 partnership shares at 12.375 pence each on 12 February. The transactions, which trigger regulatory reporting under the Market Abuse Regulation, slightly increase the directors’ and PDMRs’ beneficial holdings but leave each with less than 1% of the company’s issued share capital.
