The company has been granted a three-year waiver from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s stringent rules, provided Mr. He works under the guidance of Ms. Chan Yin Wah, who fulfills the necessary criteria. The Board has expressed a warm welcome to Mr. He in his new role.
