Xinyuan Property Management Service (Cayman) Ltd. has entered into a long-term lease services agreement with Beijing Xinyuan Sky, starting from August 30, 2024, to December 31, 2037. The deal involves providing lease and management services for commercial properties owned by Xinyuan Real Estate Group, aimed at operating cinema cities. This agreement is classified as a continuing connected transaction and will comply with the relevant annual reporting and announcement requirements, excluding the need for independent shareholder approval.
