Xinyuan Property Management Service (Cayman) Ltd. has announced that all proposed resolutions during its second extraordinary general meeting on August 7, 2024, received unanimous support, including the adoption of a new share scheme and the issuance of new shares to top executives. The resolutions also included the termination of the existing share option scheme from 2019. Notably, certain core connected shareholders abstained from voting on specific resolutions, in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
