Xinyuan Property Management Service (Cayman) Ltd. announced a change in senior management, removing Mr. Huang Jinfu as secretary of the Board and appointing Mr. Fang Xiling to the role, effective 30 April 2026. The secretary of the Board oversees Board office affairs, strategic planning, and serves as a key liaison between the Board, senior management, and shareholders, making this a pivotal governance position.

Mr. Fang currently serves as General Manager of the Business Support Centre of Xinyuan Technology Service Group, where he leads development of the Group’s financial management platform and drives national expansion through digitalization and AI. With over 17 years’ experience in capital markets, corporate operations, and more than a decade across the property management value chain, his appointment is expected to strengthen the Group’s strategic planning, risk control, and corporate governance capabilities, while the Board expressed appreciation for Mr. Huang’s past contributions.
