Xinyuan Property Management Service (Cayman) Ltd. has removed executive director Feng Bo, non-executive director Tian Wenzhi and independent non-executive director Zhao Xia from the board with effect from 30 April 2026, a move the company says will not materially affect group operations. The board indicated that two new directors have been appointed following these removals and pledged further announcements if any issues arise that warrant shareholder attention.

The company has simultaneously strengthened its independent oversight by appointing finance veteran Leung Chi Hang, Benson and corporate finance specialist Liao Geng-Yue as independent non-executive directors, also effective 30 April 2026. Leung will chair the audit committee while Liao will join the remuneration committee, changes that enhance board independence and committee expertise as the company works to maintain compliance with Hong Kong listing requirements.
