Xinyi Glass Holdings has renewed its agreement with Xinyi Solar for the supply of silica sand, extending the partnership for another year from January 2025. This transaction, necessary for producing float glass, remains a connected transaction according to Hong Kong’s listing rules. While it requires reporting and announcement, it is exempt from shareholder approval due to its size.
