Xinyi Glass Holdings Limited has announced the option for shareholders to receive the 2023 final dividend of 37.0 HK cents per share either in cash or as scrip shares, with the scrip shares priced at 95% of the average closing price over a specified period. Shareholders must elect to participate in the Scrip Dividend Scheme by a set deadline, with the total cash dividend reaching over 1.56 billion HK dollars if all opt for cash. The newly issued scrip shares would represent approximately 4.19% of the existing shares if all shareholders choose the scrip option.
