Xinyi Glass Holdings Limited has announced an interim dividend of 31.0 HK cents per share, offering shareholders the option to receive this dividend in cash or as scrip shares, with an application for these shares to be listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. The market value of the scrip shares is set at 95% of the average closing share price over a specified five-day trading period. Shareholders are instructed to submit their election to receive scrip shares by late September 2024.
