Xinyi Glass Holdings Limited has announced an interim dividend of HKD 0.31 per share for the first half of the financial year ending December 31, 2024. Shareholders have the option to receive this dividend in cash or convert it to scrip shares, with the price for conversion yet to be announced. The dividend will be payable on October 16, 2024, following the ex-dividend date on August 13, 2024.
