Xinyi Energy Holdings Limited has announced a final dividend of 2.6 HK cents per share for the year ended 31 December 2023, giving shareholders the option to receive this dividend in cash or through a Scrip Dividend Scheme. The scrip shares will be priced at 95% of the average closing price, fixed at HK$1.05, offering shareholders an alternative to increase their stake in the company. Shareholders need to elect their preferred dividend option by 22 July 2024, with further details to be provided in a forthcoming circular.
