Xinte Energy Executive Director Resigns

Xinte Energy Co., Ltd. Class H (HK:1799) has released an update.

Xinte Energy Co., Ltd. has announced the resignation of Mr. Yin Bo, an executive director and general manager, due to a change in his job assignment. Mr. Yin, who also served on the company’s remuneration and assessment and strategy committees, will leave his roles on June 17, 2024. The company’s board expressed their appreciation for Mr. Yin’s contributions during his tenure.
