Xinte Energy Co., Ltd. has scheduled its second extraordinary general meeting (EGM) of 2024 to be held on September 6 in Urumqi, Xinjiang, where shareholders will vote on the appointment of Mr. Yang Xiaodong as an executive director and consider proposed amendments to the company’s articles of association. Shareholders must register their share transfers by September 2 to be eligible to vote, and they have the option to appoint a proxy for voting if they cannot attend in person.
