Xinjiang Tianye Water Saving Irrigation System Co., Ltd has announced a delay in dispatching detailed information regarding a major transaction and connected transaction, which involves the formation of a joint venture and disposal of Target Equity. The Circular, initially expected to be sent to shareholders by 10 September 2024, will now be postponed until on or before 24 September 2024. The delay is due to the additional time required by the Company to compile the necessary information for inclusion in the Circular.
