Xingfa Aluminium Holdings Ltd. announced board changes effective from 16 August 2024, including the resignation of Ms. Xie Jingyun as a non-executive Director, the appointment of Ms. Zheng Jianhua as an executive Director, and the re-designation of Mr. Wang Lei to non-executive Director and Audit Committee member. These changes come as part of the company’s normal rotation of work duties, with all parties confirming no disagreements.
