Xingfa Aluminium Holdings Ltd. announced board changes effective from 16 August 2024, including the resignation of Ms. Xie Jingyun as a non-executive Director, the appointment of Ms. Zheng Jianhua as an executive Director, and the re-designation of Mr. Wang Lei to non-executive Director and Audit Committee member. These changes come as part of the company’s normal rotation of work duties, with all parties confirming no disagreements. Ms. Zheng, with an extensive background in accounting and finance, brings considerable experience to her new role as executive Director.
