Xikang Cloud Hospital Holdings Inc., previously known as Neusoft Xikang Holdings Inc., has officially changed its name and stock short name on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, effective from 21 May 2024. Shareholders are reassured that the change will not affect their rights, with existing share certificates remaining valid. Additionally, the company has updated its company logo and adopted the eighth amended and restated Memorandum and Articles of Association.
