The company, which is carving a niche in the home medical and nursing service market with its ‘city-specific cloud hospital platform’ business model, attributes the financial changes to market dynamics, post-pandemic effects, and business structure optimization. Xikang is focused on integrating medical services into home care, particularly benefiting China’s aging population, by collaborating with local governments and health systems to enhance access to medical resources.
