Xiaomi Corporation has announced a board meeting scheduled for August 21, 2024, to review and approve its unaudited consolidated interim financial results for the first half of the year, and to discuss the possibility of issuing an interim dividend. The announcement was made by Chairman Lei Jun and includes a note that the company’s board consists of a mix of executive, non-executive, and independent directors.
