Xi’an Kingfar Property Services Co., Ltd. has announced the resignation of Ms. Fung Po Ting from her roles as joint company secretary, authorized representative, and process agent, effective August 26, 2024, with no disagreements reported. Ms. Leung Shui Bing will replace Ms. Fung, while Mr. Li Xiuyuan will continue as the other joint company secretary. The company has received a waiver from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for Mr. Li’s eligibility for the role until July 2, 2027, provided he is assisted by Ms. Leung.
