Xero Limited has announced the issuance of 1,201,922 restricted stock units (RSUs) under its employee incentive scheme with an issue date of July 30, 2024. These securities are subject to transfer restrictions and will not be quoted on the ASX until these restrictions have been lifted. The issuance is part of the company’s ongoing efforts to incentivize and retain employees.
