XD Inc. has successfully completed the acquisition of a 35% shareholding in X.D. Global (HK) Limited, making it a direct wholly-owned subsidiary and integrating its financial results into the group. The company issued Consideration Shares to EDragon and LY Development, resulting in a slight change in the shareholding structure with EDragon now holding 2.43% and LY Development holding 0.45% of the enlarged share capital of XD Inc.
