XD Inc. has announced the grant of 252,911 share options to select participants, including the company’s chairman and CEO, Mr. HUANG Yimeng, who is also a substantial shareholder. These options were granted under the company’s Share Option Plan established in 2021, with an exercise price matching the average closing price of the shares prior to the grant date. The options, which are valid for ten years, vested immediately upon the grant date of July 8, 2024.
