Xcyte Digital Corp. (TSE:XCYT) has released an update.
Xcyte Digital Corp has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire a stake in MCON Live Inc., aiming to enhance virtual access to MCON’s global expos for the veteran community. The strategic partnership will introduce a virtual component to MCON’s events, starting with MCON 2024’s immersive online experience for the first time. This deal, expected to close within 30 days, will enable disabled veterans and others unable to attend in person to participate virtually, while Xcyte Digital will issue shares and share revenue as part of the transaction terms.
