Xcyte Digital Corp. Announces Key Equity Plan Amendments

Xcyte Digital Corp. (TSE:XCYT) has released an update.

Xcyte Digital Corp. shareholders have voted in favor of amending the company’s equity incentive plan, transitioning from a ‘rolling’ 10% plan to a ‘fixed’ plan capped at 20% of outstanding shares. The approved changes also include the implementation of ‘cashless’ and ‘net exercise’ options for stock option exercises, and an extension of the exercise period to 12 months for certain departing employees.
