Xaar plc has announced that as of August 31, 2024, its issued share capital is comprised of 79,464,444 ordinary shares, with no shares held in treasury. This figure represents the total voting rights in the company, which includes ordinary shares held by Xaar Trustee Limited and the Xaar plc ESOP Trust.
