Xaar plc has announced that as of April 30, 2024, the company’s total voting rights amount to 79,283,139, with its issued share capital comprising the same number of ordinary shares. There are no shares held in treasury, but included in the total are shares held by Xaar Trustee Limited and the Xaar plc ESOP Trust.
