Xaar plc has announced the award of share options to key executives under the company’s 2017 Long Term Incentive Plan. Chief Executive Officer John Mills, Chief Financial Officer Ian Tichias, and Chief Operating Officer Graham Tweedale received substantial shares at a calculated price of £117.67, based on the average closing share price of the preceding five business days.
