Wynnstay Group PLC has announced the issuance of 49,943 new ordinary shares as part of a scrip dividend alternative which attracted approximately 12.5% shareholder participation. This move was in line with their recent interim dividend, highlighting the company’s ongoing strategy to manage shareholder payouts through share issuance. As a result, the total voting rights in the company now stand at 23,127,360 shares.
