On March 11, 2026, Wynn Resorts provided an operational update on Wynn Al Marjan Island, its integrated resort under development in Ras Al Khaimah in the United Arab Emirates, where it holds a 40% equity stake in the project company. The resort, which is being built by unconsolidated affiliate Island 3 AMI FZ-LLC, remains a key part of Wynn’s strategy to expand its luxury gaming and hospitality footprint into the Gulf region.

The company reported that construction on Wynn Al Marjan Island has resumed after a brief pause, with enhanced safety and security measures in place for all on-site employees.
