Wynn Resorts announced that Ellen Whittemore will retire as General Counsel and Executive Vice President in early 2025, with Jacqui Krum set to succeed her. Whittemore has significantly contributed to the company’s legal affairs and corporate governance since 2018 and will continue as a consultant post-retirement. Krum, who has been with Wynn since 2013, brings extensive experience from her role in Encore Boston Harbor and previous positions at MGM Resorts International and in legal practice.
