WuXi XDC Cayman Inc. successfully passed a resolution at its extraordinary general meeting on October 25, 2024, to approve revised service fees under its Antibodies Master Services Agreement. Shareholders voted overwhelmingly in favor, with 100% support from eligible voters, excluding certain abstentions from key stakeholders. This decision paves the way for significant financial transactions amounting to RMB2,000 million for each of the next two years.
