During the AGM, all proposed resolutions—including the approval of the company’s financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2023 and the distribution of final dividends—were passed with overwhelming support. Additionally, PricewaterhouseCoopers was re-appointed as the company’s external auditor for the upcoming year.
